Mike Petrusky asks Rex about getting started with human behavior changes and explores how insights gained from new research on health and wellness in the workplace have shifted the conversation. Rex and his team used extensive studies to discover the the root problem with workplace wellness programs and suggest how organizations can make them more effective. The built environment and physical space is now a central character in the discussion as we seek to manage stress in the workplace and Rex says for the first time that medical science and building science have converged to create healthier environments. Rex shares his thoughts on strategic foresight and culture change and the need for collaboration across different departments to shift behavioral health.
